Cal Nutrition Group aims to share nutrition knowledge through this website:

    As nutritionists and scientists, we have done years of research looking for functional foods we can eat and ways we can change our lifestyles to improve our health and well-being.  Yet, the significant amount of knowledge we have accumulated in the labs and clinical studies remains to be known and understood by many. Scientists have published many significant results in scientific journals, but a layperson would not be able to easily understand our scientific jargon or to translate the dosing shown effective from a rat study to an effective dose for a human. So we decided to build this knowledge translation and sharing website to help to spread the knowledge and help you to live a healthy life.

    There is a saying that “Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime”.  Nature provides a variety of foods that offer many nutrition values and health benefits. Our goal of this website is to teach and to help you gain the knowledge and essences about foods, nutrition, and health.
